Custom fit Moulds

If you can locate a source for the silicone then you don’t really need to order from the American supplier. The kit that he sells has the silicone and the instructions. That’s all there is. Maybe one of the members on the forum can tell you what kind of silicone you need. I suspect it’s the same thing used for ear impressions which they probably do most everywhere in the world.

I think that would work.

Found this on Amazon. Don’t know if it will work in your location.

That is a mirror of a problem I have. I have 2 Oticon made RIC moulds, they are great but the left one is a little loose and gives feedback when eating. I had them made using the “Otoscan” method. I’m thinking of saving up and have 2 made with silicone with canal locks.

I have since then had acrylic full skeleton ear molds made for my ears and I no longer have any problem with my ear mold slipping or with feedback.

I too have acrylic skeleton moulds and have no issues with feedback etc. I don’t have vents.

Great write up, exactly what I intend getting. Power moulds are great but useless if their performance is hindered by poor fitting or excess movement.

In my opinion it is all down to the technician who uses the syringe and solution to make your impression for the mold.
Bad impression…bad mold.
