and USA does not get 20 handles 
They think we are not capable of handling that many HANDLES
that means Resound does not think much of American Audiologist.
It’s nothing to do with that at all! It’s simply what is chosen by the Audi on first setup. You can’t change the number of handles back to 20 after the first setup.
In reality no-one needs 20 handles though.
