Got a screenshot of this, I’ve not seen it before and don’t know what your trying to install the Connexx software on, is it win10 or 11 or something else?

windows 11

Ok so just uninstall everything and start again with another download, did you check your PM.

Here’s the thing…there’s nothing installed yet…this is from a “clean” installation file and I’ve never had this software on the machine.

Yeah I don’t know what could be going on, but 99% of people don’t have it, so what about trying an older version first and see what happens, and then update to a later version if needed later.

This appears to be a Windows error, not a Connexx error…I’ll troubleshoot from that perspective. How to Fix 0x80070643 Error on Windows in Just 5 Minutes (geekflare.com)

Good luck with that, let us know how you get on.

Hi there,

I just got the Rexton Bi core CR -Li hearing aids & been going back & forth to Costco for adjustments, but the tech is always overwhelmed & want to be able to fine tune my own settings without having to constantly return to Costco. I’ve done my share of basic sound engineering & would like to have more control over my programming…is there anyone here that can share a download link to the connext software that they use at Costco to program it & maybe just a basic set of manuals so I can do it myself?

I just want more control over fine tuning the sound frequencies myself.

If anyone can please share the download link, it would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there, was wondering if you would be able to share a download link for the rexton connex software? I have the latest Rexton BiCore Li RC’s & going to Costco constantly for fine tuning has been a pain since the tech is constantly overwhelmed. I would like to just do this myself if at all possible. Thank you in advance!!!

Hi there, hey great your giving DIY a go, it’s all pretty easy enough especially with your background, but do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, it’s the Rexton flavoured version of Connexx software you’ll need, plus the Noahlink wireless programming device.

Thank you so very much! Truly appreciate it & it will save me the hassle of trying to get those Costco appointments! They are just so overwhelmed there.

Hello, I’m new to this forum and has been directed to it while searching for the connexx software to adapt my signia ix (7). Noah link is already available. I have a lot of professional audio DSP experience for musical application. Think I will have a try on it doing it by myself … Hope someone can provide a link - thank you very much in advance.

Welcome to the forum, sure sounds like you’ll have no problem, Connexx is pretty easy to navigate as well, as you already have the Noahlink wireless on the way you’ll be up and programming in no time.

Thank you for the fast response. I will test the links immediately.

I was also given an old Adore Li from my relative’s friend. May I know what fitting software is compatible? Further, may I know where I can get it? Thank you.
