Connecting Oticon Real to Bluetooth Dongle

I agree with this, that if you keep the EduMic or ConnectClip battery at 100% all the times, that’s just a recipe for early battery failure.

Plus giving those 2 devices constant power does not necessarily imply that they’re smart enough to know that they’re having constant power so they can send out stronger signals like the TV Adapter does (if that assumption were correct in the first place, we just don’t know). Oticon designed them to run on battery, so regardless of whether those devices are plugged in or at 100% or at 20%, their transmission power is probably designed to be at the same (weaker) transmission anyway to conserve energy.

Just a quick update…as was suggested earlier I checked my connect clip with my OPNs and it worked perfectly. I think I managed to delete the pairing with the OPNs, and repaired the REALS. That seemed to work. Whether it continues to work remains to be seen.
