Hi I am new for Jabra enhance Pro 30, if someone could tell me how can I connect it to PC
Welcome to the forum, you’ll need SmartFit software and the Noahlink wireless programming device.
My guess is you meant how to connect by Bluetooth as an audio device on your Laptop.
I have Jabra Pro 30’s and have had no need to connect them to my laptop yet (I have a good mic and audio system and just use the Jabras as hearing aids when on video calls, listening to audio etc)
With my iPhone they use MFI to conect and that works great.
For a laptop I think you will need Bluetooth 5.3 or later and the latest Bluetooth LE Audio protocol.
I am about to get a new laptop so will be interested to see other responses to your question.
I have the Jabra 30 and wanted to stream audio from my MacBook and iPad in addition to my phone. I bought the Avantree Voyager. It plugs into many devices and lets you use auracast. The Jabra app connects the broadcast directly to the aids.
I find the best way to connect to the PC or TV is to use a Resound TV connector 2 or the new Connector + . connected to the PC with an audio cable .
The Avantree Voyager will do the same thing and also allow for you to connect other bluetooth devices like Headphones .
The FlooGoo FMA120 is a verified solution for Jabra hearing aids. It not only supports audio streaming from apps like YouTube, but also enables voice communication—making it suitable for both entertainment and work-related use.
You can find more user feedback and discussions here:
For setup instructions, you may find it helpful to refer to a YouTube guide.
The Jabra TV connector from Costco may be cheaper than the one with the ReSound brand. Ebay is likely to be a lot cheaper than either.
You’ll probably have a choice between TV Streamer 2 and TV Streamer +. The + is current and more capable.
I also have the Jabra Enhanced Pro 30s and I gave up trying to make them, or their predecessor Enhanced Pro 20s, to connect to my work dumb Windows 11 PC. Eventually, Microcrap will upgrade to Bluetooth 5.4, I think, and they will be compatible with hearing aids through Auracast. The Jabra iPhone app has the capability to receive Auracast signals, but I haven’t found one out in the real world yet.
I would love to be able for the hearing aids to automatically switch from connecting to my iPhone to my iPad, like the AirPods are capable of doing. Or, even doing it manually without having to go through disconnecting from the phone and reconnecting to the iPad.
Can’t disagree with your comments, I can’t believe it took so long to find simple solutions for all this, taking far too long, technology is moving fast but for LE Audio with Auracast and HAs/PC is slow…
OK I didn’t realize that they wouldn’t connect to multiple devices (like as you say Airpods) so in that case I won’t sweat it too much looking for latest BLE Audio support when getting my new laptop.
It does sounds like a (fairly) inexpensive Auracast transmitter is the way to go for a laptop or TV vs the Jabra/Resound streamers.
That said I (and my wife) are fine using the Jabra Pro 30’s and quality mic and audio system on our PC for video calls etc or our 5.1 system to watching TV. Hands free on the phone is nice but even then I often switch to speaker or car audio. For my iPad either the iPad speakers or Airpod Pro2’s if I want to stream or better quality.
MultiMic+ to stream from your PC using headphone jack that doesn’t require much tech knowledge.
Could the FlooGoo FMA120 be used instead of the Noahlink device for the SamartFit software?
No, it doesn’t work like that. Need the Noahlink to use Smart Fit.
As for Windows and LE Audio, look for an Intel Evo processor.
Does anyone have the customer help phone number for Jabra hearing aids sold by Costco?
No unfortunately, just the Noahlink wireless.
Someone pointed out a few months ago, that wasn’t enough. I believe you need the laptop to have Bluetooth 5.4 too.
Oops, I think you also have to look for Ultra Core processors.
I have Jabra Pro 30’s and a new laptop arriving in a couple of weeks that supports Bluetooth 5.4 so I guess I can check. However can the Jabra Pro 30’s be paired with and easily switched between multiple devices. I know they can only actually be paired to one device at a time but I have various earbuds and headphones that can switch easily between multiple devices but I think I read the Jabras need to be unpaired from one device before pairing to another.
Normally I want them paired with my iPhone. I am fine using quality speakers and mic connected to my docking station and the Jabra’s just as normal hearing aids for video call etc on the laptop.
Travelling I can either use the laptop built in mic / speakers or over the ear Plantronics Bluetooth headphones again with the Jabras as normal hearing aids.
The FMA120 provides a general GATT client function under its “Broadcast” mode. Anyone familiar with configuring hearing aids via standard BLE GATT services and characteristics could potentially develop a general-purpose fitting software based on the FMA120.
The GATT client function supports two simultaneous connections, allowing it to link with both hearing aids at once. Developers can refer to Chapter 4.8 of the following document for implementation details:

I have the Avantree Voyager. It connects to most audio outputs. I use it for my ipad and MacBook, for example. My Jabra remain connected to my phone the whole time. I use the Jabra app to connect to the auracast. It works extremely well.
