Compatibility Issue: ReSound ONE 462-DRW Hearing Aid - Audio Streaming Working Only on Some Devices

Dear Team,

I recently purchased a ReSound ONE 462-DRW hearing aid from ReSound. During testing with various Android mobile devices for audio streaming and calls, I found that the hearing aid works only with some devices. Audio streaming functionality is inconsistent across different devices, and I am trying to understand the root cause of this issue. Below are the key findings and details:

Na mate your over thinking all of this, it’s ASHA for android and MFi for Apple, there’s no firmware update for these old models, ReSound has moved on from this model and specs and now supports LE Audio with Auracast, the One model does not support LE Audio and never will, most off your issues will be resolved by using MFi, android sucks on these old models, Bluetooth min is 5.0 and android 10 for ASHA plus you do need to have and pair through the 3D ReSound App for Android.
