I agree with @Raudrive … any change in coupling (dome or mold) requires the HA’s to be reprogrammed !
I think you also need closed , power , or molds with very small vent for your hearing loss
My loss is less than yours and I use ether closed domes or I also have acrylic mold with small vent … over time you will become accustomed to the occlusion … small sacrifice to hear better .
