Bolero B70-PR factory reset goes wrong

Hello, I wanted to reset my bolero B70-PR to factory settings.
This worked fine with the right one, but apparently not with my left one because I now keep getting the message to reset it to factory settings. I use Target 9.0.5 and have also done this with my previous bolero and never had any problems. Does anyone have an idea if this can be repaired or???

The message: Hearing aid update failed. Close this window and start firmware update or reset to factory settings in tools again, but both no longer work

under device information I see: isfullybooted: False and isfirmwareincomplete True

Although I have to admit this was in a different context:
I had some time ago the same result under device information: is fully booted = false.
The reason was a short in the receiver wire.
You might try to use the receiver from the other side and see if it starts up then.

This happened to me.

I just kept trying and after more than 20 tries, it finally allowed the factory reset.

I wear BTE Aids tho with no receiver like yours that goes into the ears.

I just remembered I had to revert back to an older Target for it to work.

I may be misunderstanding this, but the speaker is not in my ear but in the bolero itself.

Zebra: Have done that a few times, but will do it more times.

@Kalevent68

I remembered I had to revert back to an older Target for it to work.

Where can I find those

Ask on here.

I don’t have Target 6.2 now as I only have Paradise Aids.

Hopefully someone else will have the appropriate Target.

Then it’s not a receiver problem.
Sorry it was no help then.

I’m happy with any help

Don’t suppose you have access to hipro and cables?

No i`dont.

I was at a hearing care professional yesterday and explained the problem. saw that it did not communicate in target. I said that I did not see any connections to attach such a cable. Normally this was in the battery compartment, but this one didn’t have that (rechargeable). That’s right, he said, because that wasn’t possible with this one?? How do they do it???

Actually I thought they could remove the red/blue id tags, so this happened when you were trying to update the firmware? If so I think it’s happening because target can no longer read the firmware because it’s corrupted, check your PM and I’ll send an older version to see if it helps.

Problem has been solved. luckily he’s doing it again.
Thanks for your help
