Bixby unwanted activation

I’m super frustrated with Bixby turning on and talking to me when I slightly brush my HA. Phonak Audeo Sphere. Otherwise I love them as a musician and music teacher. Just cannot have this unwanted app interrupting me!! Unfortunately I can’t uninstall the app. I have gone through the steps on my phone to disable and force stop but it keeps turning on anyway…grr

ask your audio to disable Tap Control feature

you can alter or deactivate the Tap Control in the MyPhonak app.

Tap Control can be found within the Devices section in myPhonak and can control:

  • accept/end call for streaming

  • pause/resume streaming from a connected Bluetooth® device

  • access smartphones’ voice assistant
