Battery Issue -- Phonak Marvel M90-RT

My KS10 right aid started dying more and more quickly about 8 days ago. Took into Costco 4 days ago. Said they had to send it to Phonak - be back in 7-10 days. 8 months old.

I have Phonak Audeo P90-RT aids. I always have them connected using Bluetooth for phone calls and streaming. As others are aware the right aid is the main one and will always use slightly more power. However since I received and applied the March 2022 Android 12 update to my Pixel 5 (which contained numerous Bluetooth updates) the right ear began discharging very rapidly. Went to audiologist who sent them off for a battery replacement. However this did not solve the problem. I then tested my aids connected to an older phone running Android 11. It was back to normal. No rapid discharge. Therefore i have to conclude that the March update caused this. Have contacted both Google and Phonak but just getting fobbed off. Has any one else had the same problem? Thanks

After the recent update, they broke the battery.

Until we get an update to fix this, disconnect all Bluetooth when not using.

The battery life of my RH KS10.0T aid (very similar to Phonak P90RT) diminished sharply after my Pixel 6 phone got the Android 12 update – not only after the most recent updates.

My KS10 came back TODAY - 4 days after dropping off at Costco!!
I’ll report in a couple days how it and my Pixel 3a (ver. 12 for 2-3 months) is working out.
I have my phone set to answer automatically after second ring. The call then goes straight to my HA. Don’t have to touch all at all when incoming call comes through.
I have a mild hand tremor so the less I have to touch the phone, the better.

I’ve had the same problem since the last update on my Pixel 5a. I have KS-10, an analog. Mine are set up for left as master since right had to go in for repair at one time.

Last night it was Right 51%, Left 4%

I had assumed you have seen the other threads on the subject by now. The problem just affects all pixel models (at least from model three onward) trying to work with Phonak models and the same model sold by Costco as KS10.
Still not fixed over a month later.
