Can anyone help me? 
I have just got new moulds and they have come in a pink colour. When I looked it up, it is called Audiflex as I get ear infection after ear infection.
What I need to know is, all my other moulds have been soft which gives a good seal to help with feedback. This one (Audiflex) is quite hard, is it suitable for someone with a profound loss?
My digital aids, Phonak Naida UP can not (as I was told) have the feedback block put on as it will effect the speech.
