Would suggest also look at TruHearing. I went to Connect Hearing, liked the Phonak. Found much better prices and service at TruHearing. Yrs later I replaced them with my Costco KS9. Overall I like the KS9 but if wanted to spend a little more money their very similar hearing aid with a few more features it would have been again at TruHearing.
