One of the problems that phonak has with its adaptations with domes, is that it does not amplify correctly the treble, that’s why it activates by default the transposition of frequencies, it may not be activated and so it does not feed back. the gain in treble is too low.
My recommendation is a custom mold, that alone will greatly improve both treble and bass.
