If you are in the USA, you can get a CI for asymmetric hearing loss or SSD, FDA has approved CI for those conditions…

I know rehab for CI takes a lot of time and effort - that is an advantage to bone conduction, full benefit is likely to be faster.

Yeah I went with the 6 max, I was also told even tho they are both 55db, the 6 was more efficient at distributing and delivering the power. I was also worried about losing the device only being held by a magnet too. So the 6 seemed like best option. Altho I have like another month until they turn it on. So we shall see…
