Adjustment for Echoey Sound on Oticon Opn S 1

Thank you for input, Everyone!
I had an appointment with my audiologist last week.
I got custom mold and then received REM with them.
Now I can understand speech much better although it is still echoey.
So long as I understand speech, I can live with a bit of echo.
The audiologist gave me 3 choices of stick to put into the vents of the molds
and power domes.
It seem like custom molds with regular vents work best.
I will keep on these for a while and then try power domes to see how they will be.
I am quite happy to be able to understand what people say (even though it is not perfect!

I am just tickled pink with my OPN S aids. With my old Vigo aids I had to use a streamer to hear the tv. I had ordered a streamer for the OPN’s but when I got them found I didn’t need the streamer at all. The only issue I have is that once in a while I do get that weird warbling/echo sound but it only happens when I am Bluetooth streaming audio on my iPad. I never get it when talking to people either in person or on the iPhone.

The warbling is normally due to the feedback manager trying to prevent to loud a sound from getting to your ears. The first think I would try is turning down the streaming data sound going to the aids.
