A lot of feedback suddenly

It’s usually always written on them, right on the end where you fit the dome, it’s in very small font.

I don’t know if this is applicable to your model, but on mine the audiologist was able to adjust the Feedback Cancellation programming. It completely stopped the problem when wearing the devices.

When It take the units out of the charger, they turn themselves on. That used to give feedback when I’m having trouble installing them in the ear (tremors). For putting them on, the audiologist programmed the “On Delay” longer so I have more time to fumble with them before feedback occurs. If I’m really slow and feedback does arrive, the cancellation programming kills it in far less than a second.

Thank you!! That showed me how to look for it, I had to move the dome a bit out of the way —and use a magnifying glass in addition to my reading glasses! It’s 2M.

I am still having problems with two things. When I chew, and I think, when I speak, the domes migrate out of place somewhat. And then I get feedback, and it’s hard to put them back in place again. That part is made worse by the sports lock that I had him put on, so I don’t lose them. He cut the line (looks like fine fishing line) too short! When I saw him cut it, I knew it was too short, but didn’t have the heart, or whatever, to tell him. So it’s awkward.

I feel like I could go there every week at this point! But it’s not practical; they are very booked up, and Costco is quite a ways away, and it would be impossible to get there that frequently.

Some of it could be done remotely, but not all of it. It’s quite the process! New problems are constantly popping up.

PJB12, thank you, I will cut and paste about the feedback cancellation, especially when I try to put the on and they are dinging at me.
