A hearing aid that has a rechargable battery but can not be replaced

have been told that eargo has such a hearing aid.if so please let me know it puts a new meaning to planned obsolescence.Every two years have to perchase a new eargo thas really cost effective.

I have some Nuheara IQBuds Boost that are the same way. They estimate the Li-Ion batteries will last a three years, and are not replaceable. They are PSAP devices that I naively hoped would be enough for my hearing issues at $500. I now know how stupid and naive that idea was.
