4 year old Phonak BiCROS. Why get new?

My Phonak BiCROS work great. I am wondering if the quality of sound would be better moving up to the Paradise. I’m don’t care about the hands free. my COMPILOT 2 works great.

I don’t care about music. The echo setting did nothing extra.

Like everyone else the biggest issue is speech in a restaurant so I use that setting a lot. Also I don’t have a telecoil which is a drag when going to see a play (which would be nice)

Will new ones help me hear better or just add bells and whistles? . Should I consider another brand for my needs?

Hi there, if your still using a compilot ll then it’s time to upgrade, the Paradise has now got a cross model and it works with the My Phonak APP, you could easily get a trial to see if you would benefit.
